  • Kirovets K-700 (Probebau) / Orel / 1:32 [FERTIG]

    Hi guys!


    It is pleasant to tell for me but my models was stolen by czech author Jiří Bouška. You can find process of testing this model there. I was very surprised when I saw this version of the model. In a detailed study I found that 59 out of 123 parts of my models have been completely copied into his work (to a tenth of a millimeter with the same coloring), and another 19 were slightly modified (I did not take into account the details are made of wire, as in his model not specified). Given the highly simplified structure of the model is difficult to imagine that two independent developer could create the same parts as the same way. This suggests that his model - a modified my model.


    This model was my first model, therefore I had built it twice in different CAD-program. It was simply a test of opportunities of programs. But owner of publishing house "Orel" proposed me to publish model, and I accepted this offer. I planed simple model and I used style of old Czech publishing house "ABC".     I have known Jiří Bouška has two models, but these models very different and old model has nothing in common with new model.
    I can demonstrate it on some examples (images are clickable).


    The old build schemes has nothing in common with the new model, but they copied my schemes:

    The old part is very different from the new, but it copied my model constructively in all details:

    The old part has some mistakes and is constructed in other way, but the new part copied my:

    And I can find less then ten new details which are a little bit equal with old, but other parts are fully mine.
    Author denies this issue, but I think you can see it yourself.
