US Destroyers in 1:400??

Hello,

I'm new to the boards here. What an awesome forum!! Does anybody know if JSC will be releasing any WWII US destroyers in 1:400? I'd love to see a Fletcher Class done! Thanks!

Fletcher

welcome to our Forum and a happy new Year Teamski

from the other side of the atlantic.
Why don´t you take the fletcher model from Modelik and resize it on a scanner. That´s a very common method here. The fletcher Model from Modelik has a scale of !/200, you just have to resize it down to 50%. Just have a look around in our forum, and you will see, that there are many models which are built in different scales that aren´t their original sizes. Wheter they are smaller or bigger.
If you have any questions, don´t bother to ask. There are enough helping hands here!!!

Many greetings
Thomas

That's a good idea and I have the kit, too. Thanks!

Hi Teamski,

They do have the flushdeck-type you've got already. They published USS Ward (together with a Catalina and a giant Japanese submarine)

USS Ballard, a rebuilt fourstacker came together with USS Narwhal, two Catalina's and three Curtiss Seagulls

groetjes,
Gert
