Finishing today the Sea Otter
At least I hope to finish before ecardmodel releases the update, so the pictures can be included!
As you can see, only the upper wing, struts, wheels and the floats remain.

Zumindest hoffe ich, damit fertig zu sein, bevor ecardmodel das Update veröffentlicht, damit die Bilder noch mit aufgenommen werden können!
Wie ihr seht, fehlen nur noch die obere Tragfläche, die Streben, die Räder und die Schwimmer.

Today is Monday, meaning real life work and so the model goes slower.
Maybe tomorrow will be finished?

Die Entwicklung des Seeotters geht voran.
Heute ist Montag, also Arbeit im Alltag, daher geht es mit dem Modell etwas langsamer voran.
Vielleicht ist es morgen fertig? Zur Erinnerung: Zwei Versionen sind bereits hochgeladen, und in Kürze folgen fünf weitere!

I expected to finish this morning but as can you see, just the float supports remain!
I will finish it today, but the pictures are much better with natural light.
So tomorrow in the morning I will be uploading the final pictures of the Sea Otter.
You can see the exaust over and the two intakes under the engine, the main wheels supports and all the wing struts.
I made a small cheat and included a small wire inside the main wheels supports.

Ich hatte eigentlich erwartet, heute Morgen fertig zu werden, aber wie man sieht, fehlen nur noch die Schwimmerstreben!
Ich werde das Modell heute noch fertigstellen, aber die Fotos werden bei Tageslicht einfach besser.
Morgen Vormittag werde ich also die finalen Bilder der „Sea Otter“ hochladen.
Man sieht den Auspuff oben und die beiden Lufteinlässe unter dem Motor, die Halterungen für die Haupträder sowie alle Tragflächenstreben.
Ich habe ein wenig geschummelt und einen dünnen Draht in die Halterungen der Haupträder eingebaut.

Right now Ecardmodels has available the Mk I of the 771 Sqn and the Mk II Neptune's Daughter, both in 1:72 scale.
Soon there will be available another 1:72 version, two 1:33 and two 1:48
I won't be making the 1:100 scale because there are too many small parts.
If you still want to assemble a tiny one you can write to me, but the normal modeler won't be able to build them.

Und endlich ist es fertig.
Aktuell sind bei Ecardmodels die Mk I der 771 Sqn und die Mk II „Neptune's Daughter“ erhältlich, beide im Maßstab 1:72.
Bald werden eine weitere Version in 1:72 sowie je zwei Varianten in 1:33 und 1:48 verfügbar sein.
Den Maßstab 1:100 werde ich nicht umsetzen, da es dabei zu viele Kleinteile gibt.
Wer dennoch ein winziges Modell bauen möchte, kann mir schreiben; für den durchschnittlichen Modellbauer sind diese Versionen jedoch nicht machbar.

Found that some printers (not all) have problems with some of my models. I have made a redesigned sheet size and I'll be using it from now. Please tell me if your printer had some cut parts so I can reorder the parts inside the sheet.

I made a redesing of the sheet size that I'm using and included a margin that I won't exceed. I just want to know wich ones of my models needs to reorder the parts, because some of them are too old and some of the won't have problems.

At least is not a common problem, or it would had surfaced years before.

It depends of the scale too, 1:100 I'm totally sure will never had this problem, for example. But because I'm a perfectionist, I like to offer a model that works not only in 90% of the printers in the world but in 100% of all of them

About the 18-5, it is supplied with and without tail hook, so in a way it's two planes in one

One of the two new Sea Otters that should be available this weekend in ecardmodels.
This one is part of a batch of Sea Otters that were sold for civilian work, same as the Supermarine Stranraer but with less success.

This Sea Otter is being finished too and wil be uploaded to ecardmodels in a few minutes.
Very similar to Neptune's Daughter, it belonged to the 781 Sqn and the main difference was the big LP in the tail

After finishing the JN202, I have uploaded the three Sea Otters that would become the "Navy Pack".
I'll be releasing soon the "Foreign Pack" (Netherland, France and Holland) and the "Civilian Pack" too.

A few minutes ago ecardmodels has released my new versions of the Sea Otter.
They are one of the demilitarised conversion of the Sea Otter after ending their service (1:72), one of the 781 Sqn planes (1:72 and 1:100) and one Navy Pack that includes three Sea Otters (1:72)
All of the will be done in 1:33 and 1:100 soon.
It was released too a set of AIM-120 missiles in 1:32, 1:33 and 1:72

Vor wenigen Minuten hat ecardmodels meine neuen Versionen der Sea Otter veröffentlicht.
Dazu gehören eine demilitarisierte Umbauvariante der Sea Otter aus der Zeit nach ihrem aktiven Dienst (Maßstab 1:72), eine Maschine der 781. Staffel (1:72 und 1:100) sowie ein „Navy Pack“ mit drei Sea Ottern (1:72).
Alle diese Modelle werden demnächst auch in den Maßstäben 1:33 und 1:100 erhältlich sein.
Zudem wurde ein Set mit AIM-120-Lenkflugkörpern in den Maßstäben 1:32, 1:33 und 1:72 veröffentlicht.

Bei der einen handelt es sich um die Version der JN202 im Maßstab 1:33, bei der anderen um das „Navy-Paket“ (ebenfalls 1:33) mit drei Modellen.
