Fundraiser for printing the Yamato model

    this are great news, I wish you all the best.


    But ... do you really think we need another Yamato? OK, the Yamato is definitly one of my favourites in battleships, but I don't think I'll buy another one. At the moment I have 5 models from 1:200 up to 1:400 - that's more I can ever build.


    So what exactly distinguishes your model from let's say the Halinsky or GPM?

    soviel ich auf Konradus mitbekommen habe, soll an der Heckpartie etwas überarbeitet werden.


    Ich weiß nicht, ob die vorhandenen Planzeichnungen das hergeben, aber eine Yamato direkt nach der Indienststellung mit 4 Drillingen Mittelari und deutlich weniger leichter Flak (schont die Nerven) fände ich überlegenswert.

    hat es aber (fast!) auch schon mal gegeben: GPM 74 IJNS Musashi in 1:300.


    Gut, das ist jetzt qualitativ eher ein Sammlerstück als zum Bauen ... ;)
