RE: P-38 H Lightning - WAK

Hello Kroolo,

very nice Work, I love the open hatches with the machine-guns, great work at the ammunition.

Did you experience any problem during the build?

RE: P-38 H Lightning - WAK

I had a few problems with fit the cover and its formers - former should be moved for 1mm - its thickness, at the engine fuselages. Also i had some cutting with conopy of mg hatch: it was ~1mm too big. Furthermore the fit is ok and i recommend this kit if we want to have a p-38 on the shelf ;-)
Mine and my friend relation from build this model is at this link.

Thanks for friendly comments!

airgoon, no i don't repainted, it is from kit without changes and it is colour what You called olive brown/green. Only i painted parts with wood-protecting nitro-varnish ( in pl named "capon";) , what gave me a little better colours saturation. So that is possible that Yours kit is a misprint, beceause it is too brown i think.

Cze[ Kroolo,
jestes swietnym modelarzem z Polski (Wy tam chyba duzo kleicie?)

Pozdrawiam
TAD
:-)
