own designed 1:87 church

I designed it in 3d MAX and unfold it. After editing the texture in Photoshop I pasted the texture to the 400g card stock.

To make the steps solid , i cut the step shape with 800g card to stuff in to the shell.

The test assembling of the steps to the floor tile:

The making of main tower:

adding the roof, the roof is printed with 160g card.

Hi,

this is a very good looking building. How long did it take to design and to build it?

Best regards
Matthias

3d modeling took me 2days by 3ds Max and google sketchup. The real time consuming thing is the texture it took me 1 week. Then unwrapping the model using paperkura took me 2 days around.

The side building has been finished. The size of the floor tile is not correct, I will rectify it later.
