There is a new free model to download from http://www.papershipwright.co.uk.
It is my model of a BACO lighter/barge. BACO stands for BArge and COntainer carrier. They are currently used by Baco Liner on the service between Germany and West Africa.
These lighters were designed for carrying bulk cargo and, while they can float and be towed by small tugs, they are carried over longer distances by larger carrier ships like the BACO-Liner III. The ship can carry 12 BACO barges and up to 652 TEU on it's upper deck.
