I enclose a few pictures of my latest model. It is one of the older Instant Durable kits and not one of the best...
The stated number of parts, 290, is not correct! It has only 190, which is not a lot for such a big model. On the 'plus' side I'd put the very nice colours, as it is almost always the case with this stable

Hello Ricleite,
even with "only" 190 parts you've built a very attractive model.
Nice work! =D>
(By the way: why it is not one of the best of Instant Durable? Problems with fitting?)

Hi, lobob, and thanks for the comment
Fitting is sometimes a problem with Instant Durable and this model has a couple of glitches. I had to trim some walls in the Gaston D'Orleans part of the castle. The roofs are not easy to glue, either, because their shape is rather complicated.
The main drawback, for me, is the small number of parts and consequent detail level. I'm starting now with Erkotyp's Drazice and, in a much smaller model, they managed to put almost 480 parts. You know, recessed windows, doors and so on...
If you want to build an Instant Durable Castle, this one is not a bad choice but I liked Chennonceau and Pierrefonds a lot more. The colours, however, are so nice that the built model becomes attractive -
Hi Ricardo.
Beautifully executed and photographed. It's a large model. You composed it well. Here is a series of captioned shots posted some years ago about de Blois. This was the first model I ever built. Lot of mistakes getting into card modelling here, but I became hooked on the architectural history such models can impart.
