I think what bear on the top is fake. YAAZ never make cars with logo KrAZ on the front. May be driver like bear and KrAZ 255 =)

Definitly yes. =) Medved go to... nord or away to Siberia.
Bear is a logo of YAAZ. But on your photo driver with arms place bear on the KRAZ flag with KRAZ logo.

Bear to hood of YAAZ get from emblem of Yaroslavl (city, where YA-A-Z's buid still 1959)

Many drivers remove figures of bears from old YAAZes and put on new KRAZes - mode such in 1960-... and even in 1970-...

The Hood.

Element (emblem) on hood has remade completely since in journal it is given wrong moreover in two variants: completely gray and completely red. Such colours I don'r meet on any photo, emblem - top by lightning in red, bottom - in blue. Similarly, with will chars "KPA3" on radiator.

Then, scaned page from journal, I'm corrct emblem in photo editor, print and make:

The Hood - 100% paper!:-)

Hello Nikolai,

I´m deeply impressed by your work - to say, it comes close to perfection would be an understatement. I recognize that you achieve this marvel by extensive "supering" (don´t know if this is the correct english word) and a very sophisticated application of paint.

And the wheels, of course, are simply incredible!! :meister:

What do those "YAAZ" and "KRAZ" mean? I know that "AZ" is the abbreviation of "avtomobilnyi zavod" ("automobile factory" for the rest of us) and the prefix designates the location: Volzhkyi, Gorzhkij, Kamskij etc., but those two I´ve never heard of.

And hey, now I see that you´re from Ufa, Bashkortostan. That´s where my wife is coming from (and my "tjosha" still lives) =) ! So even with 4000 km in between, the world is small.

Best regards

Ingbert

KRAZ= KRemenchug Automobilnyi Zavod (city in Ukraine, where in 1959 was moved factory of 3-axises heavy trucks from Yaroslavl, but engine fuctory stay in Yarolsavl)
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=…om=1&iwloc=addr

YAAZ = Yaroslavl Automobilnyi Zavod (city in Russia)
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=…om=1&iwloc=addr
Now in Yaroslavl (YAAZ) build city buses and engines for KAMAZes, URALs

Basket Part:

Building is so simple and easy!

After reading some articles from plastic model's forums I am get the way to build "awning" from thin brown paper :

After that paint with air brush:

Also has seen, that the KRAZ is almost ready!
The remained details: the fire extinguisher, back lights and the canister!

Back lights on the Renova KRAZ is some wrong.
No photo such has seen!
On modern Russian military cars put back lights in two variants: like "UAZ" and like "KAMAZ". Only.
see Autocatalog on next link and I'm want to buil uaz-style back lights:

Number lights and light of backing I have decided to not do!
On phostos I'm not found this lights! :
