Ken West's Apollo Command Module 1/12 scale

I recently finished Ken West's Apollo Command Module, after working on it off and on for about two years. I added a Service Module scaled up from 1/32. The kit is well-done and Ken's instructions are mostly detailed. Billy Leliveld's build report at
www.cardmodelers.com was very helpful.

The LED lights came from Evan Designs (https://www.modeltrainsoftware.com/collections/hobby-leds).

I scratch built the instrument bay on the Service Module. It represents instruments carried on Apollo 17, the last manned mission to the Moon. I displayed the model at an event at the Experimental Aircraft Association's "AirVenture Museum" in Oshkosh, WI.

The CM kit came from ECardmodels.com and it should be available again once ECardmodels finishes rebuilding their web site.

Cheers,
--David
