HMV Hafen Diorama

Hello Friends,

I have recently purchased the Hafen Diorama from HMV. Having looked at several of the build reports here, I notice several use a unique effect to give relief to the waters surface.

Having built several dioramas of my own, I'm familiar with different methods (resin, layered coats of varnish, etc.) of achieving this look. However, this appears to me to be in sheet form.

Could anyone shed any light on this for me? Or provide a source?

Many thanks and regards,

Cris

Hello Jorg,

Here is a good example from Lar's beautiful build. Several of the build reports have the same exact look.

Thank your for your help.

Kind Regards,

Cris
