Hallo, Leute,

nachdem mir nun beide Bausätze vorliegen und eine erste Betrachtung möglich war, folgendes Statement dazu: Der hier zum Download angebotene Bausatz unterscheidet sich in maßgeblichen Punkten von Woody's Superkonstruktion (wegen des beweglichen Rotors).

Exemplarisch sei die Position und die Konstruktion des Cockpits genannt, auch die Steuerflächen sehen anders aus. Gemeinsam ist beiden Konstruktionen, daß der Rumpf aus 11 Ringen besteht, aber auch hier sind die Unterschiede (z.B. Längen der einzelnen Segmente) unübersehbar.

Please feel free to upload here pictures where the symbols are erased! It would be best if the designer could add both erased AND original tails to the pdf file. Please note that links to pages where swastikas and other NS symbols, e.g. SS runes, are shown have to be removed.

vielen Dank für Euere Reaktionen und Hilfen; ich hätte den Thread wahrscheinlich nie gefunden.

Ich habe mir das Modell auch heruntergeladen, und kann die Meldung von Rutz nur bestätigen: es handelt sich tatsächlich um eine Neukonstruktion und damit auf keinen Fall um eine Raubkopie. Die baulichen Unterschiede treten an etlichen Stellen zutage, am deutlichsten wohl am Rotor: Bei meinem Triebflügel können die Einstellwinkel beweglich realisiert werden; diese Möglichkeit fehlt bei dem spanischen Modell völlig. Auch das Cockpit ist anders designed, ich würde auf den ersten Blick sogar sagen, besser! Und die Texturen sind stellenweise wirklich sehenswert! =D>

Gewisse bauliche Ähnlichkeiten sind wohl nicht zu vermeiden, schließlich arbeiten wir am selben Flugzeug mit dem selben Material und in einer etwa vergleichbaren Vorgehensweise ...
... warum sollten dann zwei völlig verschiedene Modelle dabei herauskommen?

Fazit: Ein absolut sehenswertes Modell. Hochachtung und Kompliment an den Konstrukteur! :respekt:

I totally agree with you. I think it is absolutely normal that there are similarities if we both want to build the same airplane with equivalent tools and methods. And there are still a lot of differences to see.

I think this is the best idea to come along with the ridiculous situation here in Germany. Simply leave the choice to the model builder.

I sit it if my design is free. It is difficult to find a "virgin" model.

My interest is the design principally.
