this is the 3rd i-16 that will probably be built soon - i'm reskinning the modele kartonowe free download to the winter camo and "bernie the kraz(y) builder" has bought himself this kit from hal a few days ago... it seems like mother russia will get a lot of reinforcements... :)

hallo kartonisten!

nix genaues weis ich auch nicht, habe die story immer nur von meinem grossvater gehört: die landser müssen wohl aus dedn schützengräben gesprungen sein, wenn so ein jäger vorbei war, und hinterhergeschossen haben. da kamen die russen halt einfach darauf, ein mg das nach hinten feuert einzubauen. wie gesagt, unterlagen darüber habe ich auch nicht, ist nur aus erzählungen.,

Secret project is I-16 of Halinski ;)

Lasst mich mit einem der bestgehüteten Geheimnisse des Sovietreiches aufräumen:

Wenn ihr die I-16 genauer betrachtet, werdet ihr die rückwärtsgerichteten Mündungen sehen, die direkt aus dem Motor ragen. Der KGB hat sie als "Auspuffrohre" getarnt!;)


Let me clear away one of be best hidden secrets of the Soviet empire:

If you watch the I-16 carefully, you will recognice the Muzzles pointing back which come straight out of the engine. The People from KGB disguised them as "exhaust pipes"!;)
