    Bauen! Bauen! Bauen!


    Die Typhoon ist wirklich ein schöner Bogen, die Detaillierung ist genau recht (nicht zuviel, aber auch sicher nicht zu wenig) und die Farbgebung ist schön klassisch.
    Jetzt hoffen wir noch, daß da alles passt.


    Freu mich schon auf Deinen Bericht!

    einen schönen Bogen zum Bauen hast Du dir nun ausgesucht! Ich habe die Typhoon von Maly Modelarz vor mehr als 10 Jahren geklebt, und diese, die zu damaliger Zeit (ca. 1993-94) schon bei MM-Verlag als wirklich gehobenen Standart gelen konnte (sie hatte beispielsweise Fahrwerksschächte, ausserdem eine ziemlich gute Grafik), sah schon recht imposant aus. Ich werde mir auf jeden Fall die Fly-Model-Ausgabe des Fliegers zulegen, sie gehört zu meinen Favoriten bei den Maschinen des Zweiten Weltkriegs - eine rassig und "reif" wirkende Konstruktion, genauso wie die D-Version der Mustang.

    mit dem Begriffen "rassig" und "reif" meine ich ledeglich die Erscheinung, die Form des Flugzeugs, sonst nix... Allerdings hast Du Recht, wenn Du schreibst, dass erst die Weiterentwicklung der Typhoon, nämlich die Tempest, die urprüngliche Profilanforderungen an diese Flugzeugkonstruktion erfüllt hatte.

    Hallo Martin,


    vielleicht kann ich Dir bei Deinen Fragen helfen. Nach gründlicher 'Begutachtung' Deines Scans kann es sich bei dem Zeichen "**" um Pappe (Karton) der Dicke 1 mm handeln, die einfache Bezeichnung "*" ist dann wohl für Pappe/Karton der 0,5 mm vorgesehen. Die Kartonstärken 1,5 mm sowie 2 mm müssten mit "*1,5" bzw. "*2" neben dem entsprechenden Element gekenzeichnet worden sein. Bein dieser Sache bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, Du machst also nix falsch, wenn Du die Erklärungen wie oben erläutert, interpretierst. Ich gebe zu, es ist so wohl bei dem Bogen etwas Verwirrendes, zumindest aber etwas Gewöhnunsbedürftiges, um alles richtig zu verstehen.
    Und noch was: Der letzte Satz aus der von Dir zitiertem Abschnitt der Bauanleitung "Arkusz tektury 1mm zalaczony jest jako ostatnia strona wycinanki" bedeutet einfach "Die 1mm Pappe ist als letzte Seite des Bastelbogens beigefügt".

    Fit of skin to fuselage frame in picture 4 is well done!!!
    As you mentioned, in Halinski kits fit is almost always quite good. On the other hands in other publisher's kits this kind of unfit is not unusual but to build unfit kits makes you squeeze your brain and result in satisfaction experiencing a sense of mastery

Vielleicht machst Du später bei der Kabine die Tür doch einfach in geöffneter Position, dann könnte man ins Cockpit besser schauen... :D

    so wie es scheint, beabsichtigst Du den Fahrwerkschacht geschlossen, d.h. ohne das eigentliche Fahrwerk, genauso wie bei Deiner Ki-61 Hien, zu bauen. Diese Bauweise hätte den Vorteil, den Flieger beispielsweise unter der Decke "im Flug" aufzuhängen.
    Deine ganze Bauweise bei dem Flieger gefällt mir ausgesprochen gut, und den Baubericht zu verfolgen macht richtig Spaß.

    klasse, dass es beim Bau Deiner Typhoon weiter geht. Langsam läft es, wie man's sieht, auf die Endphase hinaus. Vielleicht bist Du mit dem Flugzeug bis zum Ende des Jahres fertig... Ein geiler Flieger, den habe ich mir vorgemerkt, aber vorher kommen bei mir dennoch andere Projekte auf den Basteltisch... 8)
