Another gallery.
This time GPM's B-17 ended in 2015.
It was a long assembly but the result is not too bad.

Thank you HaJo!
After many years without coming here to the forum I decided to return.
As I built some models in the meantime, I decided to show galleries of each of them little by little.
Today I'm showing the oldest model that I haven't yet shown here on the forum.
It's a beautiful model despite being simple. I added the feathery wheels to the tail.
Thank you to all for your kind comments!
Micro - I am fine for now! It was an honour for me if my model ended up in the front cover of Schreiber-Bogen.
Hi-Torque - here is what you asked for. One picture of the model with me beside. I am not very tall (1,70m) but the model Its really big!
The last pictures.
Just one thing. I cutted 6056 triangles!
After some months oof hard cutting work and edges painting work I finnaly finished the model.
In the end I am proud of my work. There is always room to improve, but I like it a lot.
It was not easy to take pictures of the model because of its size.
Thank you to all that follow this tread for their interest and comments.
Today I will show to you the last pictures before I show the model ready.
Thank you Ulrich, for your comment and for your interest!!
Building ships is much harder than building buildings.
For today, I show the final steps to glue the third floor to the second floor, before glue the top of the tower.
Some more pieces for the top of the Tower.
I start to build the top of the tower. It does not have many pieces but have a lot of small triagles to cut out.
Thank you for your comment and interest!
The third floor its getting done!
Is was not an easy task to close the third floor but I think that it ended well.
Thank you for your interest and yours kind words!! Both of you.
I managed to build the elevator of the third floor and started cutting the last pages of the model. Little more than two A3 sheets. Some work isn´t in the pictures but it is already done.
Continuing with the third floor...
Finally I managed to join the two floors.
Thak you Spitfire!
Before I join the two floors I decided to start the work on the third floor.
After some time cutting and painting edges the second floor is ready to glue on the first floor.
Before the second floor I glued some more pieces were are written the name of scientists.
The pieces of the first picture will wait until I glue the second floor.
Thank you for your kind comments my friends!
holzwurm007 - You a very nice model! Thank you for the picture and congratulations for your work.
Thank you very much for your comments and interest.
Finally, after many hours cutting and painting the edges I can show the building of the first floor. It was a long and a hard work but at the end this is the result.
For now I start to show a little of hard work and a piece of easy work.
The cutting of all the black areas dont have much to see but the result is very nice.
Braunbär - I will cut almost black triangles of the model. Some cant be cutted and others dont make any differnce in my opinion. I hope that this answer to your question.
For today another small advance finishing the four shoes.
It will be very nice to follow your construction spitfire!
For now I started to build the four shoes that will support the entire model. They were easy to build.
Hi to all,
I return with another building.
This model only have 200 pieces that are spread through 19 A3 sheets.
Its possible to choose between a very complicated model and a simpler one and it will end with more than 1 meter high.
I will build the hard version with some thousand of triangles to cut.
Thank you very much Leophy!
I like your models very much.
Thank you for your comment.
More pictures.
This is my last finished model.
This time I will show only the pictures of the finished model.
I hope that you enjoy.
Thank You very much Spitfire!
The end.
Thank to all that leave some comments and keep watching this tread.
Spitfire - You should be almost appearing.
More details.
There are many more to come.
Ok here are the promissed pictures.
Glue me - I already have taken the pictures of the finished model but I think that should have at least one with similar clothes with you!
You can be, I guess, the Mni-me that in the picture with the coin before the last picture!
Thank You Kurt!
Finally I managed to get some time to post the last pictures of the construction, before I post the pictures the finished model.
You can see that I made some figures to give a little of life to this enormous model. I downloaded from the papershipright site and rescaled them.
The figures have a small piece of transparent plastic glued to their feet to stand up.
The top of the coluns.
The coluns have almost half of the pieces of the model.
