Dear Kartonists, today is 14th of September - 4th Kartonbau.de-Wettbewerb is just opened. And I am opening the diorama project called in original:

Cechy krasne, Cechy me.../based on Czech song/ - translation can be den for Kartonbau.de purpose Schoene Boehmen, meine Boehmen...

Thanks René, Pieter for your support. The only think I can say now is that this is going to be absolutely NON-MILITARY Diorama /but the second project to be started in here will be much more army-related. But now working on Maple tree for Schoene Boehmen, meine Boehmen.../

Hallo Volker!

Auf Deutsch heißt es wohl Bildstock oder (bayerisch) Marterl.

In der christl. Tradition werden diese Bildstöcke an Wegrainen oder Kreuzungen aufgestellt, entweder um an ein dort stattgefundenes Unglück oder Bluttat zu erinnern, häufig aber auch von dankbaren Menschen errichtet, deren Gebet (in einer besonderen Notlage) erhört worden ist.

Dear Volker, Devotional Pillars are giving the same service as Crosses to religious people moving across the country. More used in the past as a place to pray, stay in shadow for a while etc.

Hope this explanation gives you purpose of it.

For my diorama build this has to give idea of country side that the story is beeing happened somewhere on the lane between villages.

Micro - I will prepare sometning to understand rolling technology /patience please/
Gerald - Bicycle will be glued on pad /no need to make it movable/, but want to make it "real-looking"
zec - Example - the seat /leather part/ is made of card circle of diameter 12mm 8), Thanks for Your critique, BUT be patient to see complete bike before starting to look for wrong points

My critique wasn´t ment really serious . Because my biggest hobby is mountainbiking, it was a detail that just "jumped" into my eye . But i´m sure, that you have a real cycle as model. So i guess it´s an old one with a fork with big offset?

You have bite the toaster !!!! Bingo - it is going to be very old fashioned bycicle builded of componets from several bikes with NO mud-guards, lights. Has to give to its user just the opportunity to move to work and back over the pub

I wrote already, that this is not "bycicle", this is a tool to get to work and over the pub back. This should be a picture of our mentality in Czech Rep:

If I need only to move I need something what moves only. That is enough. Lights? Why? I know well the road from pub to home very well, ´cause everyday go here twice.

You need a piece of hotdogcasing /there are Too many milions meters around me in here/

Apply Kores stick glue and roll it on wire or small nail. Fine tune of bottle-design make with white glue

Prepare a circle of diameter bit bigger than top of bottle from office paper. Glue it there and colour it with eg geli-pen gold

Zec, there is still "torpedo" system as a rear brake, BUT basicly you are right that this is very dangerous to meet such drunk-man on bycicle where the only light you can see is his cigarette flame-dot

No need to add labels on beers /around 8pcs will be in bag hanged on handle bar as "safety stock" for hours at home

BTW - the bottle design should be old one from communists age when there were not labels on bottles and only single marking on the top was as a definition of type 10* or 11* or 12*

Pilsner was "export brand" where was label, printed top and may be if I do remenber correctly also neck small label.

Herbert, there is absolutely NO copyright control for this way of bottle productions. If you find it usefull - JUST DO IT /as one shoemaker says :D/

Labels with or without bar-code are no problem as well - check my 1:32 scaled Pilsner beer bottle /no bar code on there - since goes for beer from 1987 :] - landed on real size bottle top
