I'm am working on the testbuild of Ken L West's newest project, the blackbird. there is a more detailed thread over at Papermodelers.com My German is not that good, so I'll post pictures here, to keep you informed This is going to be a big model and sofar the fitting is extreemly good

Hi Billy,
Thanks that you are sharing the pictures with us but feel free to write in English as most of the mambers are able to read it.
The fuselage of the monster will measure 992 mm = 39", so its a clear "must have".

at first glance, the structure looks pretty good.
Nevertheless, there are some details I don't understand.
Please have a look at the marked parts in the skelleton - what are they useful for ?
I cannot identify the corresponding cutout in the surface of the bird.

That's the inside of the wheel-well, Ken told me not to cut out the doors, so the skin can be fitted as smooth as possible, and off course they are hidden now , until I cut out the doors
