Identification Challenge

  • Hi John,

architecture isn't my main hobby, but I think I can make a guess:

The castle in front is the "Meersburg", located directly at the great lake "Bodensee".
Behind is the castle "Götzenburg Möckmühl". Normally I wouldn't have guessed that but my father built this one only a few weeks ago.

    Great builds, really

    Best greetings, woody

  • Hi Woody,
Congratulations. You are halfway there. Right castles. Now, we'll see who knows who designed them.
I thought Lake Constance was near Meersburg.

  • Hi, John!
I'm always pleased to see your nicely built models =D>! I think both of them were designed by Przemyslav Tabernacki for Schreiber.
There's a misunderstanding concerning the geographical name of the biggest lake in Germany:
What is called Bodensee in German, is named Lake Constance in English,
Constance (german: Konstanz) being the biggest town there.
    Glue well!
