1mm illustration board

best stuff i've ever used, main draw back is..........HARD ON THE HAND WHEN CUTTING!! >.< owie. i'm finaly starting the GPM Dar Mlodziezy model and got all the parts laminated with the ill board. gone through 3 x-acto blades already just cutting out the forward keel frame and already got an ice pack on my hand. i intend to keep useing this stuff since its like wood and quite strong. just any tips on cutting it? like can i use a dremel tool with a cutoff wheel and if so what type of cutoff wheel?

i'll try just about anything cuz i am now out of blades. this stuff is great, its like wood but its hard on the hands and blades.
